You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication tokens). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. toto80 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e-KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All verification documents must be clear, legible, and issued in your legal name.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). toto80 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are your responsibility.
Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and Account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete), you must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and you must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own legal name. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard hours. VIP Members receive priority withdrawal processing.
toto80 complies with international anti-money laundering standards. You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Suspicious activity, including rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles with minimal betting activity, may trigger an AML review and temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation.
You may place bets on sporting events, live casino games, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and other products offered on the Platform. All bets are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation message and a bet slip reference number. toto80 reserves the right to reject or void bets placed in error, at obviously incorrect odds, or in violation of these Terms.
Minimum bet: Rp 1.000. Maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and Account status. High-stakes bets may be subject to acceptance delays for risk review. VIP Members enjoy higher betting limits. You may set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits via your Account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment.

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 official results, Evolution Gaming live dealer outcomes, Pragmatic Play slot RNG results). In the event of a dispute, toto80's records are final and binding. Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement), which specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports bets may contribute 10%–50%. toto80 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit bonuses if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, making deposits solely to trigger bonuses with no genuine betting activity, or exploiting game features to meet wagering requirements artificially. Bonus abusers will have their Accounts suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings voided.

We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your Account settings at any time.
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access promotional offers. toto80 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. We employ age verification checks and may request identity documents to confirm that all Members are at least 21 years of age. If we discover that a Member is underage, we will immediately close the Account, void all bets, and return deposited funds (minus any winnings or bonuses) to the payment method used for deposit.
All content on the toto80 Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data, is the property of toto80 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent. The toto80 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or malicious code. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, toto80's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim, minus any withdrawals and bonuses received during that period.
toto80 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Upon suspension, all pending bets will be voided, and any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you after investigation, unless the suspension was due to fraudulent activity, in which case all funds may be forfeited.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be paid out to your registered payment method. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.
toto80 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version on the Platform and, where required, by sending an email to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and toto80. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
